In Brighton in May, you can add a Fringe twist to almost everything you do.  In this audio blog, I drop into the Residence Pop-Up Restaurant, for a spot of lunch with a touch of artistic flair.

Brighton PierI know you'll never believe me, but this genuinely wasn't a set-up - the wonderful hospitality I received was completely off the cuff, and it's genuine surprise you hear as I walk through the door.

The Residence Pop-Up Restaurant is open daily, except Sundays, until 22 May.  Hours vary - details on the Fringe website.  Teresa Winchester is exhibiting as part of the Fiveways Artists Group each weekend until 23 May; details on the Open Houses website.
