It's a two-parter audio blog from me today, recorded as I make my way to my one and (likely) only official Festival event: "Before I Sleep" in the now-defunct Co-Op building.  In a first for me, I give my immediate reactions right after stepping out of the show.

Brighton PierAlso today, I catch up with Abie Philbin Bowman, one of the Fringe's more controversial comedians, who candidly and thoughtfully discusses the motivations behind mixing religion, politics and comedy.

Or if you'd prefer to download the audio file and listen in your own MP3 player, get it here.

"Before I Sleep" runs until 23 May, except Mondays.  Details on the Brighton Festival website.  For information on all Abie Philbin Bowman's dates in Brighton and beyond, the best bet is to check his own website.
