The Festival Fringe has signed out of Edinburgh at the end of a mad, frenetic run.  But as the city draws breath, there's still plenty to take in - from the highbrow performances of the International Festival to the boundless variety of visual art, and all culminating with the world-famous end-of-Festival Fireworks, coming up this Sunday.

The Fringe is finito.  It's been close to four crazy, crazy weeks - but the world's biggest arts festival has called it a day, and rolled out of Edinburgh for another year.
