| London and Glasgow get a Fringe pick-me-up |
|
The Edinburgh Festival Fringe has announced that its programme is now available to collect from a range of arts venues across London and Glasgow - adding to the network of HMV outlets we mentioned in our earlier Ticket Alert. This year's Fringe programme - the definitive reference to the largest of Edinburgh's festivals - weighs in at 288 pages, so it's time to get started if you're hoping to browse it all. It's available to pick up for free - London residents can view the list of outlets here, while Glaswegians can find one here. If you're in Edinburgh, of course, you can get the programme from the Fringe office on the High Street. If none of these options is handy, you can still order it for delivery from this web page - though there's a £3.50 fee to have it posted out to you. You can also browse the full programme on the Fringe web site, though paging through 2,000 shows is a daunting prospect, so the online route is perhaps best reserved for when you have something specific to search for. |
